REFUND POLICY

Exchange and credit note

We have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit note. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. If an item is returned in original condition, we offer an exchange or credit note less shipping charges. This is valid for 12 months. 

KEEPTHATPUMP is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. And we recommend the use of tracked shipping as we will not be responsible if a returned item does not reach us safely.

For any return requests, please email support@keepthatpump.com with your invoice number, style and reason for return. Once return request has been accepted we will email you return information including a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 

Every piece is internally checked before being sent to customers, in the unlikely event of a faulty item please contact support@keepthatpump.com immediately with photos.

Refunds 

Only genuine faults will be accepted for a refund or replacement i.e. straps fall off. Refunds will not be accepted for any other instances including:

Stretched to fit after purchasing incorrect sizing causing seams to fray or rip;

Fake tan and makeup damage

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, this may take up to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to occupational, health and safety KEEPTHATPUMP holds the right to refuse a refund or store credit on any item that is returned that has been damaged or worn.
