How To Measure
Waist: measure around the smallest portion of the waist (Usually a couple of inches above the belly button) with a soft measuring tape. Ensure the measuring tape is sitting comfortably and not digging in.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hips (Usually at the centre of the butt) with a soft measuring tape. Ensure the measuring tape is sitting comfortably and not digging in.
