Programs are goal-based and gym-focused. Choose your primary goal - fat loss or muscle gain, and you’ll be assigned a structured program designed to deliver results over 8 weeks.
Yes. You’ll receive a performance-led nutrition framework with recommended calories and macros tailored to your goal, plus a curated meal catalogue to make healthy eating simple and sustainable.
All content, check-ins, and live sessions happen inside a private online hub. You’ll also have access to a community feed for motivation, guidance, and support.
Top performers are shortlisted based on performance, consistency & tranformation, then reviewed by a judging panel.
Yes - this is a global competition.
The KTP 8-Week Challenge runs from March 2 – May 2, with winners announced the following week.
Most participants spend on average 5–10 minutes per day on check-ins and accountability prompts, plus time for workouts and meal prep. Programs are designed to fit into busy schedules.
Training programs are designed for both home and gym, with scalable exercises depending on what you have available.
No - progress is submitted privately for judging. Public posting is encouraged for motivation and social proof but is not required.
Consistency is important, but judges evaluate overall transformation, effort, and adherence across the full 8 weeks. Missing a single week won’t automatically disqualify you.
Yes, the community feed and live sessions are designed for questions, guidance, and motivation.
